A Premier Baseball Development Experience — Now Open!

The Missouri River Baseball Academy is officially launched, delivering a full-time, year-round baseball development program for players ages 9–18. Powered by Get Right Training and guided by our proven coaching team, the Academy blends elite training with competitive opportunities across the Midwest and beyond.

Why Join the Academy?

  • Year-Round Training: Access to training programs at Get Right Training led by experienced coaches Dylan and Tyler Thomas—designed to elevate every aspect of the game.  Check out our fall schedule.

  • Competitive Play: Academy players participate in 5–7 summer tournaments, with events both locally and around the upper Midwest.

  • Individual Focus & Skill Development: From pitching and swing mechanics to defensive strategies and mental toughness, our tailored training addresses each athlete’s needs.  Every player will have their own development plan.

  • Flexible Participation:

    • Players may train at the Academy but still compete for another club or organization during the summer.

    • Dual rostering is allowed, but all players must treat the Academy as their top priority.

    • Already have a team? You’re welcome to bring your group into the Academy and compete together.

    • No residency requirements. We want to work with other baseball clubs and organizations to provide more opportunities for players.

  • Financial Flexibility: Player registration fees can be offset by raising sponsorships. Reach out to us if you’re interested in this option.

Tournament Spotlight ⭐

Bismarck-Hosted Tournaments:

  • 9–13U: Two tournaments hosted in Bismarck by MRBC.
  • 14U+: At least one tournament hosted in Bismarck as part of the summer schedule.

Evaluations & Team Placement

  • 9–13U Players: Evaluations for placement happen in January or February for players not already assigned to a Missouri River Baseball Club team. There is no cap on the number of 9–13U travel teams.

  • 14U+ Players: Evaluations and team placement sessions occur in the spring for players not already assigned to a Missouri River Baseball Club team, preparing athletes for summer competition. At this level, the Academy will field up to three teams total for the 2026 season.

How to Register

  2. Choose your athlete’s age group.

  3. Complete the form and secure their spot.

  4. Receive confirmation and details about evaluations, training schedules & tournaments.

What to Expect Next

  • Training Schedules Released Soon: Fall, winter, and spring training sessions to be announced.  (FALL SCHEDULE - IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER)

  • Personalized Development Plans: Get Right Training coaches will assess and outline each player’s growth path.

  • Flexibility for Families: Train with us year-round while still playing elsewhere if you choose. Dual rostering is permitted, but Academy commitments come first.

  • Evaluations & Team Placements:

    • January–February for all 9–13U players not yet placed on a team.

    • Spring for all 14U+ players, with a 3-team program cap.
